Kent Police have charged Ibrahima Bah, 19, of no mounted tackle.
An announcement from Kent Police stated: ‘The Crown Prosecution Service has authorised a cost towards Ibrahima Bah of knowingly facilitating the tried arrival in the UK of individuals he knew or had cheap trigger to consider have been asylum seekers.
