The Giants had sympathy from a rival supporter, who wrote: ‘That #JamieGillan punt was essentially the most painful factor I’ve ever watched occur in an NFL sport and I am a Colts fan…’

The Giants headed into Sunday’s sport with a 7-4 file, sitting third within the NFC East standings.
