Sharing her CCTV footage, Ms Howell described how the person was ‘concealing his id’ and appeared to know ‘precisely the place to seek out the bundle.’

She added that Evri didn’t mark the bundle as delivered till hours after it had been stolen.

A spokesperson for Evri stated: ‘We’ve got apologized to the shopper concerning this case, and provided them a goodwill fee to cowl the price of the parcel.
