A person and a girl have been arrested after a pedestrian in his 50s was killed in an alleged hit-and-run early this morning.
Avon and Somerset Police have been referred to as to the scene of the crash in Shirehampton, Bristol at round 1am, the place the person died on the scene.
A girl in her 50s and a person in his 60s have been arrested on suspicion of inflicting loss of life by careless driving and failing to cease following a street visitors collision.
Inspector Tom Fitzpatrick stated: ‘We’re particularly interesting for a witness who’s seen on CCTV crossing the street after the collision.
