A person has been charged with tried rape and housebreaking after a lady in her 70s was sexually assaulted in her dwelling.
James Bex, 35, was arrested on December 31, 2022, in relation to a severe sexual assault involving a lady in her dwelling in Notting Hill, London, simply days earlier than Christmas Day.

Mr Bex, of no fastened deal with, was charged with tried rape, trigger a feminine 13 or over to interact in a non-penetrative sexual exercise, housebreaking, two counts of fraud by false illustration, and assault by beating.
He was charged with the offences on January 1 and appeared at Westminster Magistrates’ Court docket immediately.
He was remanded in custody till his subsequent listening to at Isleworth Crown Court docket on Monday, January 30.
