Father of Newcastle fan, 11, DEFENDS lady supporter who was filmed attempting to seize Dan Burn’s shirt

The daddy of an 11-year-old Newcastle fan has defended the lady who was filmed attempting to seize Dan Burn’s shirt out of his son’s fingers.

After the Magpies defeated Leicester 3-0 on Boxing Day on the King Energy Stadium, the defender, 30, threw his shirt into the group for Nathan Junior Surrey.

NJ’s father, Nathan, stated: ‘NJ was standing on the rail shouting “give us your shirt”. Then Dan Burn pointed at him and gave the highest to the steward who threw it into the group.
