A resting kangaroo has attacked a vacationer after the girl tried to pat the animal whereas she was on vacation in Austrlia.
Shakila was staying at Kangaroo Valley, about 160km southwest of Sydney, when she noticed a gaggle of roos laying within the grass.
Footage reveals the second she approached one seemingly timid kangaroo.
She quietly walked up behind the roo to get a more in-depth look when it all of the sudden turned and began chasing her.

Shakila fell in a panic, so the indignant kangaroo started leaping on her.
‘The one within the video was mendacity down and never shifting. Shakila wished to go up and pat the kangaroo, not realizing they are often harmful, and as she acquired shut, the kangaroo acquired up and attacked her,’ her good friend stated.
‘She tripped over, simply lacking the kangaroo’s claws.’
Thankfully, the kangaroo rapidly misplaced curiosity and bounced away, giving Shakila time to run.
It comes simply three months after Australia’s second deadly kangaroo assault in 100 years.

Peter Eades, a 77-year-old Western Australia man, was killed by his pet kangaroo in September.
Emergency responders have been compelled to shoot the three-year-old male roo after the assault because it was stopping paramedics from reaching Mr Eades, who was critically injured.
Kangaroos are normally considered innocent, as long as they’re left alone.
The Queensland Setting Division says: ‘Each female and male kangaroos are massive, highly effective, wild animals which might be able to inflicting harm on individuals they usually must be handled with an acceptable degree of respect and warning.’
The robust legs and sharp claws pose the largest threats when going through a kangaroo as each can inflect extreme accidents.
